Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle exchanges, returns, and refunds.
🔹 1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags, box, and invoice).
Please Note:
- Products such as underwear, accessories, perfumes, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene or promotional reasons.
- Color variation may occur due to lighting or screen differences — this will not qualify as a product defect.
🔹 2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@ctstyles.com with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
🔹 3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you via email or phone.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method (if applicable) or store credit/voucher as per your choice.
🔹 4. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
- You can request the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
🔹 5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of a prepaid order cancellation before shipping, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
🔹 6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with:
- Order number
- Product images or video showing the issue
We’ll investigate and replace the product at no extra cost.
