🔹 1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags, box, and invoice).

Please Note:

  • Products such as underwear, accessories, perfumes, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene or promotional reasons.
  • Color variation may occur due to lighting or screen differences — this will not qualify as a product defect.

🔹 2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@ctstyles.com with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🔹 3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email or phone.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (if applicable) or store credit/voucher as per your choice.

🔹 4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • You can request the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

🔹 5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In case of a prepaid order cancellation before shipping, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

🔹 6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with:

  • Order number
  • Product images or video showing the issue

We’ll investigate and replace the product at no extra cost.
